What data may be processed

The website has no registration or user account. Through the contact form you may submit your name, email, company, description of the task, indicative budget and timeline. We also process the form language, referral context, acknowledgement of this policy and submission time. Clicking “Send enquiry” sends these details to the studio server to deliver the brief and its confirmation.

The website does not keep ordinary visit logs. To protect the form against spam, it temporarily processes technical request data, protected hashes of IP addresses and email addresses, attempt counters and delivery identifiers. Messages and files you voluntarily send through Telegram or email are also processed. Infrastructure providers may process technical data needed for the operation and security of their services.

Purposes of processing

Data are used to respond to requests, clarify tasks, prepare proposals, perform agreements, keep records, protect the rights of the parties, secure communication and technically support the website.

Grounds for processing

Processing is based on your request and voluntary provision of data, the need to prepare or perform agreements, legitimate interests in records, security and protection of rights, and legal requirements.

Services and contractors

Resend is used to send the brief to the administrator and a confirmation to the person making the enquiry. The provider receives the recipients’ email addresses and the content of the respective messages. The client confirmation does not contain the brief; the brief is sent only to the administrator. These are transactional messages about your enquiry, not a marketing subscription.

Data are not sold or shared for advertising. Telegram, email providers, hosting, file storage, code repositories and other services needed for the task may also be used for communication and delivery of the agreed work. Specialists receive only the necessary information and are required not to disclose confidential information.

Transfer outside Ukraine

Some technical services, such as Telegram, email provider, hosting, cloud storage or code repository, may process data on servers outside Ukraine. Such transfer occurs only to the extent necessary for communication, performance of agreements or operation of the relevant service.

Storage period

With the default configuration, technical form records are kept on the server for no longer than 7 days. The content of each prepared email is removed from the local technical store as soon as the email provider confirms acceptance. Relevant technical records remain temporarily for retries, duplicate prevention and spam protection. Retention by the email provider and in mailboxes is governed separately by those services’ settings and terms.

Correspondence, materials and records of agreed work are retained for as long as needed for communication, delivery, record keeping and protection of the parties’ rights, usually for no longer than 3 years after cooperation ends, unless a longer period is needed by law, for accounting, a dispute or protection of rights. Unneeded data are deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period.

Your rights

You may request information about processing of your data, ask to clarify, update or delete them, withdraw consent, object to processing, restrict processing or use other rights provided by law.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. For convenience, language choice may be stored in your browser localStorage. This is not used for advertising or profiling.
